My name is Alex W. N. Riasanovsky (he/him/his). I am a fifth year Ph.D. student in the Department of Mathematics at Iowa State University. I received a BA in mathematics at the University of Pennsylvania. My research interests include extremal and probabilistic combinatorics, graph coloring, and combinatorial limit theory. My advisor is Ryan Martin.

From Fall 2019 through Summer 2020, I was supported by NSF award DMS-1839918 (RTG) at Iowa State University.

In Spring 2019, I was a Long-Term Visitor of Daniel Kráľ under European Research Council Consolidator Grant on Large Discrete Structures. I was also supported by the ISU Department of Mathematics Lambert Research Award at this time.
